As a second generation Realtor, Jessica's love of real estate was cultivated at an early age. Growing up, she would shadow her parents in their real estate business, learning first hand how to navigate the Los Angeles market, and the importance of having fine tuned negotiation skills. While in college, her eye for finding investment properties, and her interest in attending auctions and open houses, hinted at her natural ability in the field. Jessica quickly found her niche in the industry, assisting numerous first-time homebuyers in making the jump to homeownership. Today, after more than a decade of experience, she is a respected partner to sellers, repeat homebuyers, and investors alike. Her expertise in real estate contracts and procedures led to her role as training director, in which she taught and mentored new agents in her office. As Jessica's client base continued to grow, she decided to focus on growing a team of top-notch agents, and established the Jessica Miller Group.

Born and raised in Italy, Silvia Donati holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and Management from the Alma Mater Studiorum University in Bologna.
She was a Marketing and Communications executive with blue chip in Italy for over 15 years before moving to Los Angeles in 2011. Silvia's business background along with a passion for design and the city's unique real estate landscape, led her transition into a career in Real Estate.

Terry was born and raised in New York and was immersed in the real estate industry at an early age. His love of real estate began when he would join his father, who was a broker, at open houses and has evolved as he became an investor and Realtor himself. Terry currently owns a mixed use investment property (where one of his two restaurants resides) and is a property manager for residential property in Santa Monica. As a business owner and real estate investor, Terry has a plethora of experience in sales, service, and marketing that he brings to all of his transactions.
